Take control of fraction collection.

The CHF122SB Fraction Check software allows you to create methods for fraction collection from an external signal.
Connect up your HPLC or FPLC system and monitor the peaks as they are eluted from the system.
The CHF122SB has a built-in analogue system for monitoring the output of virtually any type of detector, UV, FL, RI. When the system has found a peak the Fraction Collector will move to an empty sample tube and start collection, you can even set a time resolution for the sample tubes to separate samples into several tubes to avoid cross contamination from trailing peaks. When the peak falls below the threshold the nozzle moves to a new tube to prevent sample dilution.
At the end of the run, you can quickly and easily identify which sample tubes contain your sample of interest and if you are doing multiple sample prep you can collect several injections to a single rack and pool the sample tubes containing your sample.
